Some Frequently asked questions and answers.
The payments are taken through PayPal as this is the most secure way of completing a transaction on the Internet.
You don’t need to be a PayPal account holder, you can pay with your debt card or credit card using PayPal online card facilities. Just select the non PayPal account and follow the instructions.
To purchase your tickets, just select the number people you wish to book, fill in your details, name, address and most importantly your email address, please make sure your email address is in the correct format and no mistakes, as this is the only way your tickets will be delivered to you.
First you will receive a pending payment email Stage 1, thanking you for booking with us, secondly and once the payment has been confirmed through PayPal, Stage 2, you will receive another email showing the confirmed payment email and your tickets sent as an attachment in the form of a PDF file.
This file could be deemed as Junk by your email server, so please check your email junk folder for any junk mail before contacting us.
You will be required to produce your printed tickets at the main entrance where upon they will be barcode scanned to check for validation.
Technology moves so quickly and becomes costly, to keep cost to a minimum we can not except mobile phones as proof of purchase, only printed tickets with barcodes are excepted.
